                           RESOLUTION NO.    21321  
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                 RELATIVE TO AIR EMISSIONS INVENTORIES AT THE
                 MOCCASIN BEND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, WHICH
                 ARE REQUIRED FOR THE TITLE V AIR PERMIT
                 APPLICATIONS, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                 FOURTEEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS
                 ($14,600.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc.
       relative to air emissions inventories at the Moccasin Bend
       Wastewater Treatment Plant, which are required for the Title V 
Air
       Permit Applications, for an amount not to exceed $14,600.00.
